APPEALING A TRAFFIC TICKET
To plead Not Guilty and request a hearing for a traffic infraction, you must submit your request in writing. Write a letter stating you wish to enter a plea of Not Guilty. Your correspondence must include a correct mailing address and the citation number (including the check digit) on which you are requesting the hearing. Mail your request to the nearest Clerk and Comptroller's office listed below.
Allow 30 days to receive your notice of hearing by mail. If you do not receive your hearing date within 30 days, please call (561) 355-2994.
