A world-class organization is never satisfied with the status quo. We use the valuable feedback we receive from these assessments to make improvements. Also, we actively benchmark with high performing public and private sector organizations to identify and implement best practices in areas such as leadership, strategic planning, customer service, process improvement and employee satisfaction.

• Standard & Poor’s assigned the county’s investment portfolio the highest rating category AAAf/S1, which represents extremely strong protection against credit losses from credit defaults and low volatility, or sensitivity to changing market conditions. The portfolio is managed by the Clerk & Comptroller.
• CEFEX awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Excellence to the Clerk’s investment program, which signifies adherence to best practices in the industry and excellence in investment record- keeping procedures
