Sales List

Foreclosure Sales Are Conducted Online

GO TO THE ONLINE AUCTION SITE

Foreclosure sales are conducted online each day, Monday through Friday, at 10:00 a.m. Bidding begins at 9 a.m.  No sales are conducted on legal holidays. Check the online auction calendar for the exact dates of upcoming sales.  

The Clerk & Comptroller cannot assist in researching properties, nor can we give legal advice.  The Clerk sells property pursuant to court order and cannot guarantee a clear title.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to research the property prior to the sale date.
