Minutes from Palm Beach County government meetings are available online through myMinutes. With myMinutes, users can:

  • Search minutes from the past six years by keyword
  • View video of meetings since March 1, 2007*
  • Click on an agenda item in a minutes document and view the video of that part of the meeting
  • View supporting documents
Our Role as Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners

The Clerk & Comptroller prepares and maintains the records of Palm Beach County government meetings and makes them available to the public. Records dating back to the County’s creation in 1909 are maintained as public record.

About County Commission Meetings

The Board of County Commissioners meets regularly on the first and third Tuesdays of each month for public hearings and regular Board items.
