CLERK OFFERS $99.99* WEDDING PACKAGES FOR 9-9-09
WEST PALM BEACH, FL (September 1, 2009) – Say “I do” to savings and an easy-to-remember wedding anniversary! Leading up to September 9, 2009 (9-9-09), the Clerk & Comptroller’s office in Palm Beach County is offering Sensible Start Wedding Packages starting at $99.99. Eligible couples will receive a marriage license, ceremony in the Clerk’s decorated matrimonial room and photos of their special day.
You can’t hurry love, but you must hurry to get this particular offer—it’s only available to those who apply for a license or get married at the Clerk’s office between now and September 9. If it’s too soon to tie the knot, don’t worry. The Clerk’s office offers low cost weddings year-round. Just visit www.mypalmbeachclerk.com for more information about prices and other requirements.
Florida residents wishing to get married must obtain a marriage license at least three days prior to the ceremony. Ceremonies are performed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at all courthouse locations. Low-cost wedding packages are available at all Clerk locations; however, the West County Courthouse location does not currently offer photography or a decorated room. *Couples must complete a premarital preparation course to be eligible for the discounted marriage license that’s included in the $99.99 wedding package price. The discounted marriage license is $61, ceremony is $30 and photography is reduced from $15 to $8.99 during the promotion. Without the class, the license is $93.50.
