Organization

The Clerk & Comptroller’s office is divided into several divisions. Its 740 employees perform more than 1,000 different functions from various locations throughout Palm Beach County.

Administration

The Administration Division includes the Human Resources and Information Technology departments.

Audit Services

The Audit Services Division provides independent, objective auditing and consulting services to the Clerk & Comptroller’s office.

Communications Management

Communications Management handles all media relations for the Clerk & Comptroller’s office, maintains the organization’s Web site, publishes e-newsletters and other office publications, and manages the office’s speakers bureau.

Courts & Official Records

The Clerk's office supports all civil and criminal courts in Palm Beach County through the processing, filing and recording of court documents. The Clerk also is responsible for the county’s Official Records.

Finance

The Finance Division oversees all Palm Beach County funds and provides services to the Board of County Commissioners, including Minutes and Value Adjustment Board petitions.
