Requests for Proposals

All Proposers are responsible for reviewing the information posted here on the Clerk’s website.  The Clerk will post records on the Web site including:

• the Request for Proposals (RFP)
• questions and answers to Proposers
• selection of Proposers for negotiation
• selection of Proposer for contracting
• amendments to the RFP
• final Contract agreement

Proposers are solely responsible for reviewing the website and obtaining information as they deem necessary and appropriate for the RFP process.

Downloadable files are in PDF format and require the free Adobe Reader.

Banking Services

Please note that due to the large quantity of questions received from the proposing banks, the Clerk is modifying the timeline on the RFP.  The deadline for receipt of the proposals has been extended to September 6.  Please update your records accordingly.

The Clerk's Official Records System Project will improve operational efficiency and modernize the imaging, processing, storage, and retrieval of legal records, as well as improve ease of access to legal records by the public.
