Requests for Proposals
All Proposers are responsible for reviewing the information posted here on the Clerk’s Web site. The Clerk will post records on the Web site including:
- the Request for Proposals (RFP)
- questions and answers to Proposers
- selection of Proposers for negotiation
- selection of Proposer for contracting
- amendments to the RFP
- final Contract agreement
Proposers are solely responsible for reviewing the Web site and obtaining information as they deem necessary and appropriate for the RFP process.
No Requests for Proposals are posted at this time.
Official Records System Project
The Clerk's Official Records System Project will improve operational efficiency and modernize the imaging, processing, storage, and retrieval of legal records, as well as improve ease of access to legal records by the public.
