Requests for Proposals
All Proposers are responsible for reviewing the information posted here on the Clerk’s website. The Clerk will post records on the Web site including:
- the Request for Proposals (RFP)
- questions and answers to Proposers
- selection of Proposers for negotiation
- selection of Proposer for contracting
- amendments to the RFP
- final Contract agreement
Proposers are solely responsible for reviewing the website and obtaining information as they deem necessary and appropriate for the RFP process.
