Guidelines for Counting the Number of Names for Recording Fees
All variations of names are indexed and counted from the body of the document and the signature page.
Each person and business name is counted separately as an individual name.
Example:
Andrew Citizen, Mindy R. Citizen, Andrew Citizen Trustee, Mindy R. Citizen Trustee (grantors)

Indexed as:
Citizen Andrew
Citizen Mindy R
Citizen Andrew Tr

Total Name Count = 5
Each person and business name which is referenced by (aka, nka, fka, dba, successors,
trustees, merger, etc) counts as an additional name.
Example:
Andrew Citizen also known as Andy Citizen (grantors)
Title First Lending fka Title First Inc (grantee)

Citizen Andrew
Citizen Andy
