The Self Service Center is your go-to source for help navigating the court system in Palm Beach County, providing the resources you need to represent yourself, access the courts and much more!
Self Service Centers are available in the Main Courthouse (room 2.2209 on the second floor) and in all branch courthouse locations. All locations are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- Video Relay System for the Hearing Impaired
- Mail Order Form Request Line
- Community Resource Referrals (Legal, Mediation, Counseling, Elder & Social Services)
- Passport photos for $10 plus tax*
*Other passport services including applications are available at branch locations only of the Clerk & Comptroller's office. In West Palm Beach, passport applications are handled at the United States Post Office at 3200 Summit Boulevard, West Palm Beach, FL 33406.

Legal Forms
Forms available for purchase include Family, Small Claims, Eviction (Landlord/Tenant), Petition to Seal/Expunge and more. The forms have instructions including how many copies are needed, where to take the forms and what the next steps are. The prices of these forms range from $1 to $20, and they may be purchased at any Self Service Center location.

Attorney Consultations
Attorney consultations are available by appointment at all Self Service Center locations. The attorney can offer procedural advice in Family, Small Claims and Landlord/Tenant actions. The cost of this service is:
- $15.00 for 15 minutes
- $30.00 for 30 minutes
- $60.00 for 60 minutes
