NOTICE REGARDING CUSTOM REPORTS: Due to the budget crisis affecting the Clerk & Comptroller’s office and the implementation of a new civil case management system in 2016, the Clerk’s office does not have the resources to fulfill requests for custom reports at this time. Any requests received for custom reports will be queued, and once we have the resources to fulfill these requests we will contact customers in the order the requests were received.

Sealed Cases

Court orders and notices of hearings regarding the sealing of case files are posted here for the duration of time ordered by the court.

Attorney Registration for Online Access

Complete the attorney registration form to view document images for cases in which you appear as the attorney of record. This is a free service.

Applications must be notarized if submitted via email, fax or U.S. mail. If submitting an application in person, a deputy clerk will validate it by checking ID.

Due to the launch of the new civil system, we are currently receiving a high volume of registration requests from attorneys. We are processing those requests in the order they are received, and we appreciate your patience.

Florida Statute 907.043, known as the Citizens’ Right-to-Know Act, requires the Clerk & Comptroller to make the Pretrial Release Register readily accessible to the public.
