Foreclosure sales are conducted online every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Bidding begins at 9 a.m. If Monday, Tuesday or Thursday is a legal holiday, no sales will be conducted on that day. Check the online auction calendar for the exact dates of upcoming sales.

The Clerk & Comptroller cannot assist in researching properties, nor can we give legal advice. The Clerk sells property pursuant to court order and cannot guarantee a clear title. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to research the property prior to the sale date.
