Funds must be claimed on or before September 1, 2026 (in person at the courthouse by 4 p.m. or electronically filed by 5 p.m.). Claims filed after September 1, 2026, will not be processed and such funds will be forfeited. You do not need to use a third-party company to claim your money.

For all other claims, submit a motion to disburse funds from registry to the address below. All proposed orders must be submitted directly to the 15th Judicial Circuit Court’s online scheduling system (OLS).
