WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. (December 4, 2025) – The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s 28th annual “Money Drop” holiday concert raised $3,010 on Thursday for two Palm Beach County nonprofit organizations, Clinics Can Help and the United Way of Palm Beach County.

Clerk Mike Caruso also presented five local nonprofit groups with checks for $7,092 – an equal share of the $35,461 donated by Clerk employees as part of the office’s Dress Down program.

The five nonprofits who received Dress Down Program checks were selected by employees through the office’s Clerks for a Cause Charitable Giving program. This year’s recipients were Big Dog Ranch Rescue, Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, Mental Health America of the Palm Beaches, Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League and Southeast Florida Honor Flight.

The dress-down donations were just part of Clerk employees’ charitable giving efforts throughout 2025. Employees gave more than $5,100 to other nonprofits throughout the year, helped high school art students at Dr. Joaquín García High School through Clerks for Arts, collected canned food for the Palm Beach County Food Bank and relief donations for Hurricane Melissa.

Clerk employees also volunteered more than 2,028 hours of time in 2025 to organizations throughout Palm Beach County, including cleaning up parks, planting trees and assisting at back-to-school events throughout our community.
