Amendment 4: Restoration of Voting Rights

Post Date:01/09/2019 4:31 PM

The Clerk & Comptroller's office is ready, willing and able to assist citizens who are working to get their voting rights restored.

Although our office does not determine voter eligibility, we can provide citizens with court information, including the status of payment for fines and fees imposed as part of a sentence.

Criminal case information and documentation is available for free through our online eCaseView system. To obtain certified copies of court documents, visit one of our four courthouse locations.

Please note that although a case may be labeled as "closed," this is not an indication that all terms of a sentence have been completed.

For information regarding the payment of fines and fees, please call our Customer Service Center at (561) 355-2996.

Our office does not process restitution payments and cannot provide information regarding outstanding balances or documentation of completed payments.

To register to vote in Palm Beach County, contact the Supervisor of Elections office.
