The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller provides non-interest bearing escrow accounts for payment of services such as Recording fees. Read more about escrow accounts.

Copies Requested by Mail and In Person

In-person copies of records up to 8½” x 14" are $1.00 per page. If you wish to have the document certified, there is an additional charge of $2.00 per instrument plus $1.00 for a required cover page containing a unique code and QR code that can be scanned by anyone to authenticate the certified copy.

Copies requested by mail must include a self-address stamped envelope or sufficient payment for postage. If not included, the mailing fees listed below will apply.

51 - 150 pages	$9.50
151 pages or more: Postage will be calculated at the time of your copy request.

Electronically Certified Copies Purchased Online

Electronically certified copies are $8.00 per document, which includes a $2.00 statutory fee plus a $6.00 service fee. A 3.5% payment processing fee will apply to transactions paid by credit or debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
