Yes. The original “Notice of Appeal” is required, along with your payment.
How do I get a “stamped” copy for my records?
You must provide a copy if you want a “stamped” copy from the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller for your records.
How does the 4th DCA receive my “Notice of Appeal”?
The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller will make a certified copy of the original and will send your “Notice of Appeal” along with your payment to the 4th District Court of Appeal.
What court hears appeals from a Circuit Civil case?
