You may request a Certificate of Non-Appeal, with or without an Exemplification.

Costs:

  • Exemplification Certification (for Apostille purposes): $7.00
  • Certificate of No Appeal: $2.00
  • Copies of the Final Judgement of Dissolution of Marriage: $1.00 per page and $2.00 for the certification
  • Clerk’s Search Fee: $2.00 for each year searched.

All certificates will be mailed via regular mail unless the requestor provides a prepaid Fed Ex label.

Once we receive your request, we will email you the amount due. Payment can be made online or by check.
