The following suspensions cannot be cleared by this office.  If you have a suspension for one of the reasons below, please contact your local FLHSMV office for assistance in restoring your license.  

• Financial Responsibility (failure to maintain insurance coverage)
• Child support delinquency
• Habitual traffic offender (HTO) status
• Suspension due to Chapter 893- Drug related offenses
• Points suspension
• Violation resulting in death or serious bodily injury (not DUI related)
• Driving under the influence (DUI)
