By establishing a payment plan, you agree to make monthly payments until the total amount of fines and costs are paid in full. A payment schedule will be sent to the email address listed on the Payment Plan Application. All payments must be received by our office no later than the date stated on the payment schedule.

Use any of our convenient methods to make your payment:

• Download our PayItClerkPBC mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. You may also make payments by visiting the PayItClerkPBC website. A transaction fee of $2.50 plus a 2.5 percent service charge will apply.
• To pay by phone, call the nCourt payment center at (561) 207-7189. A 6 percent service charge will apply. Payments can be made Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. To speak to a Clerk representative, please call (561) 355-2994 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Make your check or money order payable to “Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, Palm Beach County.” Do not send cash. Please include your case number or citation number with your payment. See a list of mailing addresses.

• The Clerk’s office does not use the postmark date on your envelope when determining whether your payment is late. Please allow sufficient time for mail delivery.
• A minimum returned check fee of $25 will be assessed for checks returned unpaid by the bank.

• You may pay by cash, check or credit card at the following locations:  Main Courthouse, South County Courthouse, North County Courthouse, West County Courthouse or the Royal Palm Beach Branch at the Midwestern Communities Service Center. See a list of addresses and room numbers.

• Checks or money orders should be made payable to Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, Palm Beach County. 
• A 3.5 percent service charge will be applied to payments made by credit card. 
• A minimum returned check fee of $25 will be assessed for checks returned unpaid by the bank.
