If you have a traffic ticket or criminal case and need more time to pay, you can establish a payment plan online. You are required to pay a $25 administrative fee to set up the plan, which will be administered by the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, Palm Beach County.
Is a Payment Plan Right for You?
- Your ticket or case is not due yet and you need more time to pay.
- You citation or case is past due, and you need more time to pay.
- You had a payment plan before but failed to complete it.
- You have a future court date scheduled.
When tickets or cases are late or when there is a previous payment plan, a down payment will be required.
Submit Your Payment Plan Application
Chat with a member of our customer service team to begin your payment plan application. Live chat is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., except holidays. Agents may be assisting other customers, and inquiries are answered in the order they are received.
Applications may be submitted outside of business hours through the automated chatbot. We will respond the next business day. You may be assessed late fees if your case is due today. When tickets or cases are late or when there is a previous payment plan, a down payment will be required.
Enroll in AutoPay for Payment Plans
Set up automatic monthly payments for your payment plan using your debit or credit card:
- Create a PayIt account, or log into your existing account.
- Find your case.
- Enroll in AutoPay!
You must already have a payment plan established to enroll in AutoPay.
You cannot set up AutoPay if you have a balance that is past due or due within the next 24 hours. This balance must be paid in full before enrolling in AutoPay.
