Clerk & Comptroller, Palm Beach County
Home MenuThe Clerk & Comptroller’s office operates in an environment of continuous improvement and has been actively measuring its performance in areas such as customer satisfaction, timeliness and accuracy since 1997. In 2004, the Florida Legislature passed a bill that created the Clerk of Court Operations Corporation (CCOC). The bill required the CCOC to create performance standards and monitor the performance of Clerk of Court offices in Florida’s 67 counties.
Since the creation of the CCOC, a number of performance standards have been implemented, and the Clerks' court-related activities are continuously measured and reported on.
