What are Court Records?

Court records include, but are not limited to, civil, criminal and traffic cases. Palm Beach County court records can be viewed in our database known as eCaseView.  

Using eCaseView, you can view your case docket history and document images filed in your case. You will also be able to view the case disposition, current case status, fees due etc. 

Plain or uncertified copies with a watermark can be printed for free by using your home or office computer.  

Electronically certified copies can be purchased online for a nominal charge. Find out more about Electronic Certified Court Documents.

Records Not Available Online

As of June 5, 2002, the law requires that court documents of the following types, recorded on or after the effective date, may not be placed on a publicly available internet web site.  

• Court records relating to all: Family, Guardianship, Juvenile, Mental Health and Probate cases
