Changes for Registered Users - Guest Access Not Affected

As of March 19, 2026, registered eCaseView users are required to login using the email address submitted on your initial registration form.

The first time an existing registered user logs in after March 18, you must follow the instructions below or in your welcome email to:

  • Verify your email address
  • Reset your password

Going forward, registered users must use multi-factor authentication (MFA) when logging into eCaseView, either by email or using the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Guest user access is not changing. Anyone can use eCaseView as a guest without verifying an email address.

  1. Go to eCaseView.
  2. Click the Registered Users button to open the login screen.
  3. Select Reset Password.
  4. Enter the email address registered with eCaseView, then click Send Verification Code. A code box will appear.
  5. You’ll receive an email with the verification code. Copy the code, paste it into the box, and then click Verify Code.
  6. Once verified, you’ll see: “Email address verified. You can now continue.”

  8. After your password has been reset, you can continue to log in.
  9. You will be prompted to use either your email address or the Microsoft Authenticator app to verify your account when you log in.

Registered eCaseView users who do not remember the email address they used to create their account, or who no longer have access to the email address they used to set up their eCaseView account, may need to create a new registered user account by completing the registration form. The registration form should be submitted to ecaseviewid@mypalmbeachclerk.com.
