Minutes from Palm Beach County government meetings are available online through myMinutes. With myMinutes, users can:

- View video of meetings back to January 2006
- Meeting videos are not posted until minutes are complete and approved by the County Commission. If a video link is not available for a meeting listed in myMinutes, you can visit the Palm Beach County Meeting Videos page.
- Click on an item to view the video of that part of the meeting
- View supporting documents through links inside the minutes
Some backup materials as well as executed resolutions and ordinances are now available as PDFs, beginning in 2011. To obtain a copy of an executed agenda item from previous years or that is not available online, please contact Board Services at (561) 355-2951 or send us an email.
Our Role as Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners
The Clerk & Comptroller prepares and maintains the records of Palm Beach County government meetings and makes them available to the public. Records dating back to the County’s creation in 1909 are maintained as public record.
About County Commission Meetings
The Board of County Commissioners meets regularly on the first and third Tuesdays of each month for public hearings and regular Board items.
