Documents to be recorded may also be placed in the drop box in the Main Courthouse, on the first floor by the elevators. Full payment (no cash) and a self-addressed stamped envelope for return of documents are REQUIRED.
Documents are “recorded” and become Official Records of Palm Beach County. The public can view these documents at the Main Courthouse or online through a public access search.
