Property may be redeemed any time prior to the issuance of a tax deed but cannot be redeemed once the Clerk has received full payment for the tax deed. The redemption amount is listed on the "Notice of Application for Tax Deed" mailed prior to the sale.

Redemptions prior to the date of sale should be done at the Tax Collector’s office, 301 North Olive Ave., Third floor, West Palm Beach. For redemption on the date of sale, bring full payment to the Clerk & Comptroller’s office in Room 3.2300 of the Main Courthouse.

Full payment must be made in cash or a cashier's check drawn upon a U.S. bank. Payment must be made payable to the Tax Collector. The Clerk will not accept a personal check, third party cashier's check or credit card.
