Office Holiday Closure Notice: The Clerk's office will be closed on Monday, October 14 in observance of Columbus Day.

 

After hours payments on traffic or criminal cases that are not in collections will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays and  from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, October 14, via the nCourt payment system at 561-328-2463. Please have your citation, case or driver’s license number available when placing your call.

 

The E-Filing portal will be unavailable due to maintenance from 4 – 7 p.m. on Sunday, October 13.

Beware of Fake Emails Claiming to Be From E-Filing Portal

Watch out for fraudulent emails that appear to come from the Florida E-Filing Portal. These fake emails have a malicious attachment.

Here is an example of these fake emails:

On Thursday, August 17, 2017 8:06 PM, "noreply@myflcourtaccess.com" <to5@zoominternet.net> wrote:

You are to appear as a defendant in Court of Appeals, you have to appear in the Court on the 18th of August, hereby you are notified that you have been scheduled to appear for your hearing that will take place in the Court of Florida on 08/18/2017 02:37:04 PM ET.

This case against you is for "US Health Care Service Code Violation".

Please bring all documents and witnesses relating to this case with you to Court on your hearing date.

Copy of the court notice is ATTACHED to this mail. Please, read it "thoroughly".

Note: If you do not attend the hearing the judge may hear the case in your absence.
