Circuit Civil cases are non-criminal cases in which individuals or businesses sue for damages exceeding $30,000. Although information is available about legal processes, you must hire an attorney for legal advice.

The Clerk & Comptroller's Circuit Civil department also handles Guardianship, Probate of Estates and the issuance of marriage licenses.
