Be sure to include your email address in your request so that we can email the payoff statement to you. There is a $7.00 charge for the payoff statement that can be paid when the judgments are satisfied. To obtain immediate satisfactions, payments must be made in cash or certified funds.

Include in your request your case number, the date of the payoff and your email address. There will be a $7 fee for the preparation of the pay-off statement, pursuant to F.S. 28.24(9). The clerk will send an invoice with payment instructions upon receipt of your request. Payments to satisfy civil judgments must be made in cash or certified funds.

To receive a payoff statement for a child support case, send a written request and a check for $25.00 payable to the ‘Palm Beach Clerk of Courts’ to the following address:
