Waiting Period & Discounted Marriage License

How to Register as an Approved Premarital Course Provider 

All Palm Beach County premarital course providers must register with our office by filing an affidavit in writing attesting to your compliance with the premarital preparation course requirements as set forth in Florida Statute 71.0305.

The affidavit must include:

• The course instructor’s name and qualifications, including the license number, if any, or, if an official representative of a religious institution, a statement as to relevant training.
• The addresses where the provider may be contacted.
