If you’ve dreamed of getting married on the most romantic day of the year, then we are hosting a special ceremony for you!

Registration is now open for our annual Valentine’s Day group wedding, which will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 14.

Clerk Mike Caruso will officiate the ceremony for 25 couples in the beautifully restored courtroom of the 1916 Palm Beach County Courthouse.

Each couples will receive a complimentary rose and boutonniere for from Heaven & Earth Floral.

How to Sign Up

Couples must present a valid Florida marriage license at the ceremony.

Space is limited to the first 25 couples who sign up. Due to limited space in the historic courtroom, each couple will be limited to four guests for the wedding.

Tips

• The ceremony is free, but you must pay for your marriage license.
  A marriage licenses is $86 ($61 for couples who have taken an approved premarital course). Learn how to get a marriage license.
   
• Get your marriage license by February 10, 2026. Florida has a mandatory three-day waiting period after receiving a marriage license for couples who don’t attend premarital counseling.
  
  
• Couples are limited to four guests due to limited space in the historic courtroom.
  
  
• The Historic Courthouse is located at 300 North Dixie Highway in downtown West Palm Beach. Public parking is available in metered spaces on 3rd Street and in the 4th Street parking lot. Additionally, there are several public parking garages in the surrounding area. All facilities charge for parking.
  
  
• Ceremony check-in is between 10:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Be sure to allow time for traffic and parking.

Courthouse Ceremonies

We also perform wedding ceremonies at the Main Courthouse in West Palm Beach or at our branch courthouse locations in Delray Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Royal Palm Beach and Belle Glade. Courthouse ceremonies are $30 plus the cost of your marriage license.
